Bobby's Fried Chicken

INGREDIENTS

1 bag of Bobby's Brown Bag'n It Fry Mix
8-10 pieces of chicken
Vegetable oil

 

INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Fill a cast iron pan about 1/3 to 1/2 full of vegetable oil, and heat to 350 degrees. 
    2. Coat chicken pieces in Bobby’s Brown bag mixture.
    3. Once oil is hot, fry chicken in vegetable oil for 7-8 minutes until the juices run clear and it’s golden brown. (Bobby tip: You’ll know it’s done when it floats to the top!)
    4. Drain with paper towels on a baking sheet.
    5. Let cool, then enjoy!
