- Fill a cast iron pan about 1/3 to 1/2 full of vegetable oil, and heat to 350 degrees.
- Coat chicken pieces in Bobby’s Brown bag mixture.
- Once oil is hot, fry chicken in vegetable oil for 7-8 minutes until the juices run clear and it’s golden brown. (Bobby tip: You’ll know it’s done when it floats to the top!)
- Drain with paper towels on a baking sheet.
- Let cool, then enjoy!
